Hi there! Iīm a happy owner of a 20D, have had it for almost a month now
and Iīm deadhappy about it...:D
Have 2 questions which annoys me though...

1). WHY do I end up with a new folder of pictures on my CF-card everytime..( 124CANON, 125CANON etc..) Even when I empty them I donīt seem to get rid of them... At first not a big problem, but now when I have empty ones all the way from 115CANON up to 150CANON it starts to annoy me.... WHAT TO DO ????

2). When shooting in RAW-mode... Why do I get the autofocus button where my thumb is and not in the triggerbutton as it is when I shoot jpg... Annoying that I have to remember to set the focus first, then press the trigger...
MUST BE POSSIBLE TO CHANGE OR ???? CANīT FIND IT IT THE MANUAL?

Would be happy if you guys/girls whom seem to know all the hidden secrets
in the manual could help me out with this...
By the way, I just ordered the STRAP....
Will be nice to have against the neck when the summer arrives...
Hopefully I wont get scratch marks all over as usual..
Great Work !!:)

The folders seperate the pictures by every 100 shots. I was confised about that as well, but I figured it out after looking at it for a while. The other, I have no clue, I have a Kiss Digital.

Hi Michael,

1. Canon stores 100 pictures per folder. So every 100 pictures the camera creates a new folder. Format the card in your camera when you have downloaded the pictures to your computer, then empty folders will disappear.

2. the focus is on the '*'-button when custom function #4 is set to 1.

To learn more about the custom functions, read the manual that came with the camera or try searching the forum for custom functions.
Here (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=46965) is a thread about custom function #4

Have you tried formatting your card every time you have downloaded your images...
