The picture out of the camera is not OOF, I have not yet found a way to upload photos without losing the clarity. This was scanned into my computer and then uploaded. Would you have any suggestions for me as how to upload and keep quality.

I have noticed that there are several other posts (by professional photographers) that have the same OOF look that I am sure is only caused by the web conversion.
