How many of us belong to conservation groups?

Are any of you members of Ducks Unlimited? How about the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation? The Wild Sheep Foundation? Pheasants Forever?

These are organizations that use millions of donated dollars every year to protect and enhance habitat for wildlife. They are not just clubs that give you a magazine every month and maybe have a half dozen conservation projects. Their entire point of existence is to protect habitat, and they do so at an incredible level.

I'd like to know what organizations you belong to. I'm sure there are many that I don't even know about.

I belong to the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and Ducks Unlimited, and I plan to join the others I mentioned when I have a little more $.

I've been a DU member for some time as well as the Ruffed Grouse Society. Both do great work that doesn't just benefit us hunters and game species.

I do. Primarily groups that support wilderness land, the basis for the best wildlife habitat(most of the Yellowstone ecosystem is wilderness, the main reason why the wildlife is out of this world).

Although a european, I'm a member of the american National Wildlife Federation;)I'm also here in Greece (where I live) a member of a conservation group named "Arcturus". Their goal is to protect the european brown bear ( a small cousin of a Grizzly).
