I have an idea of a few poses, but there is quite a difference in height between the 3. How would you pose it?

Not good at posing myself but how about having them sitting or kneeling?

Short in front, tall in back. Also depends on how formal it needs to be. Skew them to one side, or shortest in front, next would be behind the shortest and to the right, and the tallest would be behind the middle boy and to the left of the shortest. These are the times when those little wooden posable dummies come in handy.

Not sure I really like any of them to be honest, but that is what a learning curve will do to you :)

Almost impossible to answer without more info. How old are the boys. The above are great for teens but won't work at all if there is a baby/toddler in the picture. Will the photos be inside or out? (studio will have stools, steps avail whereas outside may not) And so forth. A bit more info and we'll see what we can do.

well the shoot is over as you can see. But it was indoors and that was the size of the boys.

I really like the last two. Well done!
Gives me some ideas for my nephews who are like this also.
