How do you get your pic's to blow up so large on the forum? When I put mine on, they shrink down so small because of the 100kb maximum? Whats the secret?

I dont host them on the forums, i usually use somewhere like imageshack.us or photobucket to host them for free and simply post thumbnail links into my threads
Hope this helps

I use photobucket as well. However, now photobucket even shrinks my pic's. Should I take pic's with my camera at a smaller quality or megapixels so they will have less quality but still be larger?. Do you guys follow me??? I'm confused.

Ok well try www.Imageshack.us for an alternative to photobucket, it usually works ok for me. If not there are some photographer websites around that allow you to join and host your images.
Just as a thought, if your paying for all of your equipment, it might just be better to invest in some webspace so you can host all of your own images. ;)

I host mine on my own webspace. It's really inexpensive at http://www.alphaomegahosting.com (http://www.alphaomegahosting.com/) .
$5/mo. for the cheapest one, and I haven't exceeded my bandwidth yet.
I can vouch for a 99.9% uptime. They're never down or slow.
You can also register your domain through them and it's really cheap, but I forgot how much it is.

Mike I use Photo Shop to size the pics. I set pic at 72dpi, chose the size I want, e.g. 8x10 and then when I click save as. PS then allows you to adjust the size of the file to keep it under 100k which you can upload here directly.
The pic below is only 89k

I think I am getting a little better at this. I'll keep trying. I sized it at 72dpi and set pixels at 1024. I'll have to practice.
Thanks Mike

Try 800 pixels wide.
