My daughter was trying to act annoyed, but since she actually enjoys having her picture taken, her amusement peeked through.

its fantastic. she is a cutie. I like the golden light. I like the composition, and love the expression. I wish the eyes were sharper but that may be a compression artifact

Thank you for the positive feedback. You're right, there was a lot of sharpness lost in compression. In fact, one of the things that made me really like this shot was it was one of the first I've taken of her where her eyes are perfectly in focus and sharp. I suppose I need to find a better resizing application.

Ameyers, consider posting your photo on flickr. set up a free account. you can even have the photo be private, if you dont want others to see it. then you can link it here. you can upload high resolution images there without having to compress and degrade, and then link to them here. much better than attaching an image, and it saves potn bandwith.
