I was trying to batch resize a number of photos down to 800x600 and low-res for a friend who has a slow dial-up connection and had some issues. First, PSE3 has a multiple file option that does the batch processing, but it kept hanging on the first one - not quite sure what the issue was there. Then I went to use the trial version of PSCS that I downloaded, but couldn't figure out how to batch resize. The only batch options that I could find revolved around rename. I finally did them one by one using the File/Automate/Fit Image command. Sure would be nice to be able to batch them though. Any tips?

I think one way is to create an action to resize your photos. And use the batch command to run that action on all your photos. Since I dont have PSCS in front I can not give you the exact steps.

Hope this helps.

You know, the Digital Photo Pro software that came with the 20D has a batch process capability in it.
