i know everythings a little centered, but I was very unsure of my self, and tried to keep things simple.

1 and 6 are wonderful. The rest are good but as you've pointed out, somewhat predictable.

Thanks! I was really a nervous wreck! I know things will get easier with time. But is it bad for my first newborn ever?

Technically, they're all very, very good...

I like them and am sure the parents will be over the moon. I would prefer the first two shots sans large flower thing and I would have played a bit with the DOF in the others.

I usually am DOF crazy, But wanted to try something different being I was using fabric. Thanks for your suggestions.

Where did you get those wonderful props (the bow and the fabric)?

I made the bow :) Its a Conair brand headband, and a simple silk flower hot glued on . the black and white fabric is from walmart, and the brown fabric is from Hancock fabrics.

This will sound gay, but I LOVE the fabrics! Great shots!

I think these are cute. The parents will be happy. You could always play with the crop on them to see if the shots pop more. I am LOVING your fabric and very irritated now that our walmart quit selling fabric.

I am not diggin' the flower thing.....and IMHO the fabric is terribly distracting. There is nothing wrong with the technical aspects of the photos, they are very nicely done, my preference would be for solid or less busy backgrounds......

I think all are amazing! Just because some may be centered doesn't mean they are not good. I love them all! My fav is the first one! Great Job!Thanks! I was really a nervous wreck! I know things will get easier with time. But is it bad for my first newborn ever?

I love them them all! especially #4! I think if the fabric background could be toned down it would put the attention more on the baby, but sitll, they are pictures to be proud of!

I love your sense of graphic mix-and-match. It must be a personal preference thing.
