My very first pictures

These are when I first started learning photography from a friend of mine. Hope you like them. comments greatly appreciated. these were all taken with a simple Sony DSC-P100 5mp digital camera. Thank You.

Good work... keep shooting. On the last shot, it's too bad the first light is off. You could have moved up a bit to only include the lights on. Also, maybe reduced the shutter time, so the lights are not so bright. Good stuff though!

I like how the first light is off. I really didn't even think it would come out that nice. I was just walking on the pier at night trying to find stuff to photograph. I was giving up, decided to set it on my tripod, aim it outwards, set the shutter time and think of something else to photograph. Didn't think of anything more to shoot so I just packed up and went home. It wasn't until I opened it on my photoshop that I discovered how it came out.

I like the 2nd shot. The greens are so vibrant! How would it look if it was rotated so that the photo was straight? Have you tried?
