So I did a search for goosebumps, and all I found was thread about REMOVING them from skin.

I want to MAKE them. Any ideas?

Some ideas, not necessarily proven to work though. Lower the temperature int he room. Have someone stroke the models skin with a feather, causing a tickle like effect.

Fan and a spray bottle. You dont spray the model, just adjust it to spray as fine as possable and spray the air letting the fan blow the moisture onto her. She should get the chill but not get all wet. In a cool room works best.

Ice pack to the back of the neck might work too.

Might be hard in Honolulu...but I don't think you would have any problems up here where I live. With the wind chill...it's gotten down to -35 C (-31F) lately. I have goose bumps just thinking about it :D

Light fingertip stroking from the neck all the way down to the hand would usually do it. I'm a physical therapist...LOL. Stroking was one of the first things we learned in massage class and the ladies really like it. The proper pressure is necessary.
