very nice shots there, i was thinking about shoting around that area myself, did you get hassled about using a tripod near city hall?

I didn't have any troubles at all this time. For the city hall shot, I was well back on the grass away from the paths, so I wasn't in anyones way (not that that has stopped the tripod police before, but I think it helps).
