Well, welcome to POTN and well done for posting a cool shot.
Is she famous? Can't tell, due to the huge sunglasses.

Anyway, you asked for C&C:
I think your shot is very good. Is this a red-carpet moment? Looks like a load of other photographers/fans reflected in her sunglasses, so if I was going to be picky, I'd say they're a distraction, but what else can you do?

Keep it up, post more, and do tell who she is?

btw, some might say you shouldn't have cut her head off, but I like the effect in this shot!

Thanks for the comments, yeah the glasses are a little distracting... Anyway She is the one and only Ms. Dolly Parton.. I have some others from the weekend and subsequent concerts( Not shot in auto..LOL) that I need to dig out.....I was fortunate enough to get her to autograph this shot for me...

You're joking, right?

Just how much surgery did that take? I mean, when I was young, she looked like my mother! But now, I'm 40, and I think I'd like to ....... her!

I've watched her on Larry King a couple of times, shes a jewel of a woman. The only thing on her that's 63 are maybe her earlobes;).

As for the photo, I like it. Its a good crop and angle.

I couldn't agree more. The reflection is the story here. I found her easily recognizable and just think the shades and large group of fans lets you have a little glimpse of what the world looks like through Dolly's eyes. Only issue I have are the apparent the JPEG artifacts in this image. But, that might be due to reducing for the web.
