Another 430ex/exII for strobing?

Good Day Everybody,

I am interested in the portability and science of strobing and I already have a 430EX. Is it wise to purchase another one or buy something cheaper? Should I be concerned about mixing flashes from a colour perspective? Budget is an issue (isnt it always? ) but I am willing to pay the money if it has a positive effect on the outcome.

Unless you'r using ETTL and have a master flash to control the two 430EX off camera, it wouldn't be worth the extra cost. if you're using cactus triggers or something that requires manual flash control, grab something cheaper.
