I used to have (and enjoy a lot) several image (colour) effect pre-sets available on my G6: vivid, B&W, sepia. Especially “vivid” (you can guess what it was doing to colours). Will this be available in my new 50D, when I buy it? What would be the equivalent of these settings in Photoshop – I presume this is something that can be easily achieved in post-processing?

Shoot raw, then you can sharpen, saturate, adjust contrast, color temperature, hue to your hearts content. But you can have much the same effect by bumping sharpness, contrast, and saturation in camera.
