Here is a pic of my sisters cat, it is one of the first pics that I have taken with my new Tamron AF 28-75mm f2.8 XR Di. So far I am very happy with this lens.

Personally I think this is an excellent image... You have controlled the DOF and the lighting extremely well and the composition is nice and tight... Very well done...

I've had that lens for a while now and I'm still not disapointed with it, it rates very highly in the optical tests I checked, though it is a little slower, noisier and not as sturdy to the feel as my 'L' class lenses but that can only be expected... The optical reviews were weighed up, the prices were weighed up and for VFM the Tamron came out tops... Did I mention that it is a very good image...

Very nice shot. I find it hard to take pictures of animals. I suck at it. You got some skills there! THe light is perfect and the timing is amazing. Kitties are so cute.
