So I was wondering around today and came across this pretty cool looking graffiti. Was wondering if anyone knew anything about it or what it would represent

...what it would represent
Off hand, my first guess would be vandalism.

You are indeed correct sir. In fact, the British Museum is having a gallery of graffiti art...outside!!!

Art is art, graffiti is vandalism, although that looks like just a cement wall under a bridge, so who cares, really? You go to some dangerous places where potential danger lurks, my friend.

Actually graffiti is not vandalism, just depends on whether they have permission. Please don't mix up the definition of words. Graffiti is a form of art.

+1
The difference between the two is simple:
Grafitti = when you paint my property also known as vandalism or tagging
Art = when you paint your own property or someone asks you to paint their property showcasing your skills and I dont have to fix it!

Looks more drug related than gang related. A guy smoking a joint with a pot leaf and an 8-ball (1/8oz of cocaine).

Grafitti is art when it's done on someone's propery with their permission, it's vandalism when it's done without permission.
edit: Grafitti CAN BE art (not always)

whatever that is, it's just horrible either way
there are different kinds of graffiti...there is gang tagging where you label the different parts of the city that you are in
then there is the artful graffiti kind where people just want to creatively draw on something...it's vandalism when it's on private property without permission but most kids keep their drawings to themselves and keep them in a notebook of some sort
there is another form where individual people will just put their "name" anywhere they can...sadly, some of those individuals started getting teams or crews together and some of them are now pretty much gangs themselves
graffiti can be an art when done right and by the right person...much like anything else, you get the 10% of something that gives the other 90% a bad name

Some artistic stoner thats preoccupied with reefer and coke. Vandalism just the same.
Too bad these talented but misguided individuals don't channel their creative talents towards something capitalistic.
