Help S40

Hi,

I need help. I bought and shipped a brand new S40 to my friends, and they just recived it and they tell me that the camera does not work outside, that it's all white when using the Auto settings, and that inside it's all blurry. Does that make any sense? Does anybody know what they're doing wrong or if the camera is at fault?

Never heard such a weird symptom before. Return the camera to the shop and ask for an exchange?
