I like the shot but it does not generate any emotion.
I dont like that it looks like it is in a fast food restaurant.

How do you get just half of the shot blurred ,at different angles, like that stemming from such a fine line at the center of the image?

i like it. i like how everything and everyone is blurred except for that cashier in the background. try cropping it closer to make them stand out more.

the metal table surface like glass mirror effect half reflection, all walking people are blurred image,rest of them are not.
