2. Time - The photo must be taken after the competition has started.
3. Size - Please see the Image posting rules.
4. Post-Processing - do whatever you like and the host will decide if it works.
5. Posting - As many photos per photographer in each challenge. Because this is a C&C competition you can re-post an image after it has been C&C'd. Please include Photo Name in the message subject line. Lens used. Please post brief EXIF data including ISO, shutter speed and aperture used.
6. Commenting - There will be a winner for best comment so feel free to C&C.
7. Have FUN!
The competition will end on March 8th, 2009 at 23:59 GMT and the judges decision is final. The judges are everyone that posted and the winner is the majority pick.
The winning photographer then gets to chose the subject of the next competition and judge the entries.

This is the best I can do while I'm on deadline. No PP to speak of, but I did heal out identifying details. And other than choosing an artsy spot to put my glasses, everything else is as-is... really, I work in this filth.
Oh, and the "garbage," obviously, is my Conclusion.
EDIT: Shoot, I killed the EXIF. I'm obviously very, very serious about winning this week, so I'll repost with EXIF intact if you'd like. And looks like I've got some JPEG artifacts from my crappy conversion job, too. Shucks.
EDIT 2: And goodness gracious, will you look at the barrel distortion on this this lens at its shortest focal length? If I didn't love this glass, I'd hate it.
ISO 100, f/22, 4", 18mm; on a 450D with 18-200.

Good efforts by everyone so far! According to the rules we can post multiple images. The wife and I are going on a daytrip somewhere this weekend and hopefully will get some good shots of trash among other things. Can probably take some shots of the backseat of my truck, lol, it's getting messy back there!

Hmmm, so far I like the Coke case and the Banana. They seem to be deeper then my mass colection of venders.

I haven't had the time myself. I've been shootin eagles and dogs the last week. Though I did see a great opportunity for a trash photo but did not have my camera with me . I thought the "trash, garbage and litter"subject was a great idea, I hope to be involved with the next one.

Forgive me, but I've had NO time to participate. Working more + wedding planning takes every bit of free time, haha. I'll try to throw my hat back in shortly!

Whelp, Oldsch00ld0g likes Turbo's and I like bdbox's Since we are the only ones to chime in and since bdbox didn't post the exif data, I guess Turbo wins it.
Congrats Turbo_911
If we follow suit, it's left in your hands to pick another challenge.
