All were taken on a Canon 20D and 100-400L IS lens.

Beautiful! Makes me think that 100-400 might be worth toting around after all! :) Do you use monopod, tripod, Wemberly or anything like that for your bird pics or are they all handheld?

Now I know what I should be aiming to do, that robin photo is just great, maybe it is time I should invest in a 400mm lens.
