I have been using G2 for a month. The pictures, using ISO 400 & 380EX Flash, contain lots of grain. But If I use ISO 100 & 380EX, the pictures are fine. Can someone help me on this ?

Use ISO 50. Or "auto," in which case the camera will choose between 50 and 100 as necessary. Anything above 100 will be grainy, as you have noticed.

My knowledge about photography is limited. I thought 400 ISO means good for any light. Is there any specific reason why G2 is good at 50 & 100 and grainy at 400 ISO ?

Some of the film photographers out there may take issue with your statement on ISO 400... :)
Just as some films are grainier than others even at the same ISO, so too are some digicams "noisier" than others. In fact, in the reviews I have read, the G1/G2 is considered to have relatively less noise than digicams made by some other manufacturers.
