Great pose. A bit too much empty space above her though?

i shot this pose in about 2 dozen variations, horizontal and vertical, differant head positions, etc... this follows the rules of 1/3rds - and i think it adds some dramatics to the overall composition of the shot

With the model looking upwards the space above her head works for me...
Define under exposure... The exposure is spot on for this type of shot as is the lighting, any more exposure would kill the feel IMHO... Only distraction is the pearls dangling down but that is personal preferenc only...

It's a very good shot Mike but I have to agree that there is too much emptiness above here. Can we see some of the other shots that you toook.

nice. the only thing is that i think that the composition is a little off in that there's too much clothing :D LOL.

cannot say yet.
the other 23 might help. ;)

looking up into the blank space helps but does it need to be that much blank space?
what about putting her more to the right and the blank space behind and above her?

I'm with Mike on this one, I like the extra emptiness above her. With the look in her eyes (focused up) I think it adds a little dramatic appeal. I'd still like to see the other 23 so I can really make a fair assesment. ;)

I like it and glad you only showed the color version. Again though the long pearls are sort of a turn off but the girl looks very fine. And again the pink knickers are much better then say black or white. Only thing I would suggest is bluring out the foot prints on the floor with photoshop. Great work!

The negative space above her works for me due to her great facial expression.
