You can barely see the car in the first two, not really sure why you posted #3

The parts of the images that stand out are the bright areas at the top-right. What are you trying to show us with these?

I agree that I am drawn towards the "tower" in the first two. Some lighting on the car (subject?) would have helped.
Playing with shutter speed in #3 is fun. I find the green distracting. What the color intentional or was it lighting?

in the first 2 i was trying to get a dark shot but couldnt really get enough light on the car. i played around with the shutter speed a little but didnt want to go too high so the tower and other surrounding lights would get too distracting. i was told that i needed to adjust the aperture but how would i use that with a longer shutter speed?
not really sure what happened on the last one. i was going for the too fast to see what it was blurry look but it has a green tint and too much noise although the iso was on 100.

in the first 2 i was trying to get a dark shot but couldnt really get enough light on the car. If you want night shots, you have to choose your location so that the light that you do have will make the car look better.
