One of the boards has died on my Xti (my backup to my 40D). The camera is out of warranty, and a new replacement board is going to be expensive.
Does anyone have working spare parts of a 400D, or perhaps a badly smashed up body that still powers on and functions electronically? If you do, let's talk.
If I can't find the parts used, I am thinking about dumping the Xti.
