This damn hobby. Seems that my kit is growing every day and Had to upgrade my bag. Settled for the Mini Trekker. Should hold all my stuff on my back. Was important to have hands free to coral the kids and be able to bring everything with me when I bring my gear, rather than settling for just 1 lens. From lens to camera bags (or backpacks in this case) it just does not get any cheaper! LOL Thank God I have not caught "L" Fever.

The mini trekker is a nice bag. The only problem I find with it is the strain it puts on the lower back because it's not long enough to distribute the weight effectively to the waist straps. It's all right as long as you don't fully load it with heavy glass.

That was my concern. I dont think my line up is too heavy comapred to some guys kit. The bag sat nicely with the waist straps on my hips. Only time will tell. Think that just being able to bring my whole line up and having hands free while getting to the spot will be a huge benefit. I also liked the bag as it goes on airlines w/o any size problems.

Hey what ever happened to the Trim Trekker. I liked the external camera holder. What I don't like about backpacks is the inconvenience/accss to the gear. I was thankin the Trim Trekker attempted to resolve some of this.
