I'm about to have this shot printed on a Gallery Wrap. Just wanted to see what you may think of this shot. I planning it to be my first attempt at this kind of print.
I purposely "over did" the sepia effect on this. I think i really like it. Wondering if any of you agree?
Do you think it'll look good on canvas?
Thanks in advance for looking, and for your time!

I love it! I really get a feel for the child. It shows personality. I really like the sepia processing as well. This is a photo that i would love to have of my own daughter.

The overalls, the car and the sepia toning combine to create a wonderful, consistent nostalgic feeling. His eyes have tremendous depth and expression.
Your portrait made me remember an old pedal powered ride-in metal roadster that I had as a child, it was a favorite toy and I hadn't thought of it in years! Thank you for the beautiful capture and the nice memory.

Wow, I'm humbled. Thanks for all the compliments.
This image is actually a little over a year old. The color version just wasn't that good, but when I shot this I did it with the intent to do a B&W or Sepia. I'm glad it worked out.
Once again, thanks!

That photograph pretty much embodies your "A Point In Time" name for your business! That print will look good anywhere you put it!

That was actually the one of the things I could find wrong myself. I was wondering if someone would pick that up. I need to fix that.
Thanks for looking!

I agree about the dogs nose, it pulls me away from the kids eyes.

Like everybody else, I am very impressed by all aspects of this image.
I recently received an email advertisement from a company that sell backgrounds for various types of portraits which led me to wonder how this one would look with a background such as a pathway through a wooded scene. Of course, I know there are a zillion different backgrounds -- and I only have one. ;)

Well, I thought I'd provide an update. Once again, thanks to all of you for such kind words about this image! :)
So here are some pictures of a picture on canvas.
It's a 16x20 printed from Canvas On Demand. Very pleased with it, but again, this is my first.
Anyway here are the pics. I did not color correct them, they are slightly warm. The wall it is a light cream color.

Hello Tom

Just photoshop. I converted to B&W, blurred the background and did a custom sepia tone (ie: none of the canned actions. I don't think they're typically toned enough).
That's about it really.
Thanks
