Question about doing trades on POTN

I have a lens I'd like to post in the 'For Sale' section, but I'd like to propose a trade. How do trades work? Supposing it's an even trade with no cash transaction, who sends what first. Does the person proposing the trade wait until they have received the other person's lens, and then ship, or do both ship at the same time?

Any other advice?

its negotiable to my knowledge..theres not really a set of rules..
