I've been using set points for setting black and white points in Photoshop CS.They appear as little circles with numbers next to them.Is there a way to get rid of them as they get to be very distracting?

Select the eyedropper tool and hold down the shift key; when the cursor is over the "set point" it will change to an arrow. Click and drag the point off the image. You can also select the "Color Sampler" tool (which can also be used to place additional points) to drag the points off the image, or right click and select "delete".

After you select the colour sampler tool, you can press the "clear" button on the toolbar to remove them all as well.
