HELLO,

I HAVE CANON A-60 WHICH STOPPED WORKING A FEW DAYS AGO.
THERE'S THE MESSEGE ERROR E-18.

DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHAT IT MEANS, AND WHAT I HAVE TO DO TO FIX IT?

THANKS

 This doesn't look too bad

Actually, the steps describled are pretty clear and the pictures are quite good.

Follow step by step, when you have had plenty of rest and are not in a hurry to do something else, and this should be a good experience.

According to the information, a service shop would charge more than the replacement would cost. If true, you really do not have much to lose, do you? :)

A steady hand, patience and follow the instructions COMPLETELY.

A hint: As you remove each piece, line them up in order of removal across the top of your work area. This makes finding the reverse order much easier than putting everything into a pile. Use small bowls or cups for screws.

Good luck.
