And as last year they have another anouncement that could be conceived as an april fools joke.

Now gmail offers 2 GB storage and this is actually true, when I read it I had 1248 MB and now I have 1442 MB, I just don't understand why they add the storage in small increments like this?

Check out the gmail homepage, there is a counter that is constantly giving you more space!
