According to EXIF, your shutte speed was 1/1250th. WAAAAAY to fast for the lighting. You could have gotten away w/ 1/640th-1/800th and would have had better results.

thanks for the input ... ill be shooting a basketball game this Thurday .... hopefully with better results.
