Fair price for a used S400?

Im looking to sell my S400 and put the money towards a DSLR and was wondering what people think would be a fair price for the camera. Its in excellent condition, no scratches or other blemishes on the body, and i have all the original books, discs, cords etc...even the box...anyway, i was thinking of asking for $200 and including a 256mb cf card, do people think this is fair? or is it a bit too much? thanks for any input...

Before I even opened this thread I was thinking "$200.00 in mint shape"

I got one for full retial of $400.00 when it was still a "new" model,. so it pains me that it's value would be 50% now.. but as so many newer models in the line have been released,. I'd say $200.00 is about max for a used one.
