After is very nice but seems lacking sharpness in the eyes :)

Lacks contrast and sharpness in the eyes. Otherwise...a VERY much improving edit. :)

Thanks guys I'll try to brighten the eyes a bit so the sharpness shows, or it might also be the JPG.

Maybe brighten the eyes a bit....saturation on the lips. Great photo.
