Is it possible to achieve good results with this camera ?

somethign along the lines of this below ?

if so tips/ and tricks

Yeah some of the best photographers can take a PnS and turn out with amazing results. But besides that, just be on the right location, good lighting, watch the reflections, and you will get good results. Just keep working at it!
