Just trying out taking some shots of objects on white background, any advice on how to get the background consistent to the edges? I guess I just need more light on it eh?

Setup is just bouncing my 580EX II at the ceiling about five feet above, and flash is set to around +1.5-2stops. There is a touch of daylight from the left but not much.

OK, I tried again but just in PP this time. Does anyone have any advice or is it ok?

the higher up you raise the light the more evenly it will spread across the sweep. its a gernal rule for pop and drops. usualy we use a large soft box directly over the crved part of the seemless, and generaly its about 10 feet from the ground. as high as we can get it.

then if you meter all the corners and edges, and middle it will be even.

Thanks, that proves useful. :)
