This is my first shoot with BBall. I found it hard shooting with high shutter speed. I could only get up to 1/320. Any suggestions is highly welcome. All were shot without flash.

Ditto. Also, shoot tighter, crop tighter, bump up all exposures in post processing (all images way too dark). You comment about flash is a moot point as it would not do much anyway from that distance and if you were any closer it might pose a distraction to players and be frowned upon.

The net really is distracting and unless you can get right up to it with your lens up to it, which will eliminate it from the photos, you really should try to find another shooting location.

Take a search on here for baseball threads to learn more about positioning, exposure, problems with night baseball for most of us, etc.

I guess 75-200L F/4 isn't good enough?

Not for night games, most parks the 2.8 is needed.

That lens is fine for day use. But you likely will still need to be nearer to the net

Another option to get your shutter speed (SS) up is to raise your ISO. Shoot in RAW, then fix the noise, if neccessary, in post processing (PP). I would recommend trying going to manual mode and setting your SS where you want it to stop action, open your Aperture up as wide as you can go, then adjust your ISO to what gets you the correct exposure. There are some amazing software tools to get noise out of the picture in PP, possibably in some software you already own.

I wanted to avoid noise as much as possible. I have been shooting in RAW for a couple of months now. I was having trouble with shutter speed. I will do this next time and see my results. Thanks so much for the help guys!

Is there a net all the way around 1st and 3rd base? I have never seen that before.

yes the nets go all the way down the sides of the stadium. I have no where to get around them here.
