You did good for having no light! 1 is probably my favorite of the set. I like the composition of 2, especially with the crowd being so visible, but it's a shame there's no light on his face (not your fault!). 3 seems a bit soft on his face, although that could just be me.
Overall, good job, and I applaud you for the determination since if I was put into this situation, I'd just let out a sigh and leave :P

i was talking to another photog (not the fasterlouder one) who did exactly what you did, packed up and left! i'm a bit of a fan, and wanted to see the show so i stuck it out :)
plus i had a date with me (that went horribly wrong too - jinxed? maybe!)

actually, looking at the 3rd shot of yours, the CWK gig had tough light to work with...hot on the back, none in front...that's particular hard to work with...no easy way to get an even exposure. i shot this band when they opened for Muse and i recall the light being dim for that show as well.
