I took 30 shots jpeg medium with 40D. Used eyepiece projection through celestron 6" SCT. Ended up with 85 megapixel picture. I wish I could post it somewhere. Here is a small version ended up with a lot of jpg compression artifacts, but still looks pretty good.

Good idea, I do see stacking artifacts though (leftover from my macro imaging and using combinez days).

I can clearly see Moltke, which is only 7 km across. Very impressive feat.

maybe this photo will end all debate on whether or not we actually landed on the moon. we just need to find the base of the lander module and i think that's all the proof we'll need. ;)

akpfeiff: stacked in PS CS2 using photomerge. Had to do the majority of it manually. Thanks all, for the comments.
