hi all, im planning on taking myself and my lady round the world in September.

if i can find the right bag, i will be taking my 30d, 17-50 tam, 50 1.8, 55-250 and battery chargers filters etc etc.

now i have been looking mainly at bags for traveling, and think im going for the new type of backpacks that loads like suite cases. also they have day packs on them so i dont have to carry 2 backpacks

this is the thing im after

but what i want is a day pack part that has a camera compartment like this

so that the smaller day pack, has camera area, then i can just take the one bag.

i know this sort of bag might not even exist, and ive not had alot of luck searching as of yet, but i thought id ask you lot.

thanks for your help.

this is really important as if i cant find a bag, ill be leaving the 30d at home and taking my P+S, which i really dont want to do.

Get a large pack with a few loops or some webbing on the front, as well as just about any camera daypack, and connect one to the other with a few carabiners...

Check out the TENBA web site. You will find the Shootout Backpacks should suit your fancy.
Tenba makes quality products. I have the (Large) Shootout Backpack and find that it meets all of my needs when carrying out to the field.
