I currently use Pocket Wizard Plus IIs for my remote flash triggering. I'm considering buying a pair of the new Mini TT1 and Flex TT5s along with a Canon ST-E2. Before I do though I want to check on a few things. If I decide to shoot my flashes on manual can I still control their power levels using the ST-E2? Also, will the image contain EXIF data about the lighting? I've been doing some lighting tests and of course with off camera flash triggered by the PWs I don't get any EXIF data to help me remember what I was doing at the time.

The ST-E2 does not do manual so you won't be able to control the power output levels of slaves in manual mode with it.

The camera does not capture much info about the lighting other than telling you if it was turned on, whether it fired and the FEC used, assuming the flash is a dedicated flash mounted in the hotshoe.
