My favorite flower/weed..........not! I go nuts pulling the darn things every year.(Ask Sheldon) I picked up a gizmo called a Weed Hound a year or so ago and it makes it a lot easier.

I am surprised by the bad reputation of this plant, but must agree that
it is a pain if they invade your lawn.
You may not want to use chemicals but there are some that kill the dandelions
without doing any damage to the lawn ( you spray only one time).
For those that do not use chemaicals to get rid of them, they may want to eat
the dandelion leaves ( we make salad with dandelion leaves over here ).
I think somebody told other stories about dandelions in this forum but dont
remember the story.
