Not the best in the world with the low light, but it is sharp enough to show. Can anyone ID this bird?

Oh, sorry. This was shot in Louisiana, USA. Did not realise that I needed to update my location.

I'm not an expert but it looks like a Ruby-crowned Kinglet.

I agree with Rose, it does look like a ruby crowned kinglet....was it bouncing around flicking its wings, and not staying still for more than a couple of seconds, if it was... then it's a ruby crowned kinglet.

I would say it seemed like it was always on edge, but perhaps no more than a spooked song bird? I dont remember much, its been a while since i took the shot.

That pretty much describes every small bird iv'e tried to get a good shot of.:)

Nice capture, definitely a Ruby Crowned Kinglet.
