I definately like number 1 better just because how the angle on the background appear to be angled. Really good effort in regards to sharpness and lighting.

Very nice! I like the first one best. If it were mine, I'd Photoshop the top of the traffic signal on the left out of the image, and I'd get rid of the two buildings in the background that interfere with the subject building's roof lines. A tighter crop on the left would take care of the traffic light problem if you don't mind changing the size and proportions of the image.

Cool shots of Disney Hall. I like the second more than the first, but both are well done.
