S10/Zoombrowser

I have had to re-install XP on my PC. I re-installed Zoombrowser 2.0 from the CD and then re-graded to 4.6 as I had before I re-installed XP.

However my PC is no longer able to find my S10 on the USB connection.

Do I need to download another driver?

Zoombrowser is not a driver. You will find the drivers on the CD's..Try reinstalling them.
