Best free photo storing/sharing site????

Hello,

I have just spent hours organizing my photos on Flickr to find out my invited friends have to join Flickr in order to view my photos. That is way too much to ask...

Also tried Shutterfly but did not like the presentation of the pics in it (ie: could not handle panoramic formats etc)

Could you pls recommend me a site where I could store/share my pics for free and has good, user-friendly features?

I maybe off (I am new to flickr as well) but can't you batch edit (in organizer) all photos for public viewing by selecting permissions->who can see... and selecting anyone? or did you want it more private so only they can see them?

In that case you could try google's picasa. I don't believe you need to sign up to view private albums (you just need the url)

I can view photos on Flickr and I'm not signed up. So, I think Mocows is correct. You should be able to set them for public viewing somehow.

I use google picasa and i love it if you have a gmail account its great, you can eamil links to everyone in you gmail address book. It very user and viewer friendly

I use multiply for my unedited pictures to give away!!!
