Duck testing the 2.4x t/c on my A95

Tell me, have you tried to use your teleconverter to produce a nice blurry background behind the picture of a person for example???

I have an A95 as well, and I would like to be able to blur the background when I take pictures of people. Some people told me that kind of camera can't do that, even with a teleconverter, but since you have one, I thought you could maybe do a little test!!!
