I just got my new set up, 2 B800, stands and umbrellas and have a few questions. Should I set the white balance to flash or is there a better setting for shooting inside? I believe they are 5600K, are there adjustments to be made for this also? I also got the Sekonic L 358 meter and am learning to use it. Any suggestions?

I think the best bet is to do a custom white balance with something like the digital target. However, I also found on a couple of shoots that the MkII does a great job with the bees when set to auto WB.

This was auto WB with 3 bees (2 bounce umbrellas and a softbox) and a 1D Mk2 in RAW mode. I like the results.
