I have used Exhibition Editor a little bit, and have been able to post pictures to my exhibitions. However, I never have thumbs visible. I don't use ImageMagick, but have GD2 installed. I checked the resize method editor, and there are the GD resize methods. I updated the path setup, and selected the GD resize methods there for the thumbs. Though....my upload photo page under step 3 (select sizes & where they are going) does not display any of the thumb options. I'm failry sure I have enabled write access for the directories as well. What's wrong? How do I get my thumbs to work?

1. Make sure that your thumb path ftp folder points to same physical location the thumb path's URL points to. If those are not pointing to same folder on server disk EE will resize (ftp) the thumbs ok, but the browser is given an address (URL) which does not have them.
2. Make the GD2 test in graphics modules page just to make sure it still works.
3. Open exhibition editor and make sure exhibition you upload to has correct thumb paths selected.
You can use rethumbnail tool to rebuild thumbs after you've changed settings.
Step 3 (select sizes) should not comtain thumb paths. Thumb paths are taken from exhibition editor path setting (see above).
If you use ftp upload (automatic upload system) you do not have to set folder permissions or make folders. Ftp will create them for you when uploading.
