Best P&S for action shots?

I realize this is a loaded question but can someone lead me in the right direction for a P&S that can do some sports shots. The photo in my AVI was taken with a Powershot A630. I realize you have to focus early and hope for the best sometimes, but there are some camera better than others. I would like something I can take with me while snowboarding and wakeboarding.

I am looking at the SX10 and A650. Or ?
