its sharp...
the shadow near the eyes and neck are too strong. and unfortunately the shirt is blown out (OE).
maybe using your flash as fill in light would help ;)

You should have seen the shadows 'before' the post processing. Still need to get a better hang of the tweaks. I appreciate the feedback.

Cute girl. But I recommend experimenting wiht Fill flash. Takes care of the eyes and helps even out the exposure overall.

Though not using a fill flash is not necessarily an error, it would make a difference. A simple catchlight in her eyes would make them come alive! Pretty young subject.
